• No Account Name or Full Name Parts: Passwords must not contain your account name or parts of your full name that exceed two consecutive characters.
• Minimum Length: Passwords must be at least 14 characters in length.
• Character Categories: Passwords must contain characters from at least three of the following four categories:
  • English uppercase characters (A through Z)
  • English lowercase characters (a through z)
  • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
  • Non-alphabetic characters (e.g., !, $, #, %)

Password History

To prevent the reuse of old passwords, the system maintains a history of previously used passwords:

• The system will remember the last 6 passwords you have used.
• Users cannot reuse any of these last 6 passwords.
