How to Resolve Voicemail Box Full Warning

  1. Delete voicemails (using phone, move voicemail email to trash, or using web portal).
  2. Delete deleted voicemails (using phone or portal only).  See Directions below:

 

How to Delete Your Deleted Voicemails (from Phone):

  1. Call into voicemail (if calling from your extension press  or   depending on model).
  2. Enter pin followed by #.
  3. Press 3 to listen to old messages.
  4. Press 2 to access deleted messages.
  5. Press 2 to erase deleted messages.
  6. Press 1 to delete.
  7. Press 2 to delete all deleted messages.

 

How to Delete Your Deleted Voicemails (from Web Portal):

  1. Go to https://10.243.10.33/inbox   (webpage only available on the Springfield Campus).
  2. You will probably see “Your connection is not private” on a Google browser or “Your connection is not secure” on a Firefox browser.  If so click on Advanced and then click on Proceed to 10.243.10.33 (unsafe) or Add Exception.
  1. You should now see the Cisco Unity Connection - Web Inbox login page.

  1. Login using your Drury username and password.

  2. You should now see the following tabs such as Messages and Settings.

  1. The Messages tab will show all your current voicemails, including what’s in the inbox, deleted, and sent.

  2. Click on the play icon to listen to your voicemails or click on the message to see options for forwarding, deleting, or marking unread.  Delete any messages that need to be deleted.

  1. Deleted voicemails will go into the Deleted tab.  In order to, free up space you MUST delete your deleted items by selecting Empty deleted items.
