How to Reset Your Drury Account Password

1. Go to the Password Reset Site

• Open your browser and navigate to  passwordreset.microsoftonline.com

2. Enter Your Account Information

• Enter your Drury email address (e.g., username@drury.edu) and the characters shown on the screen.
• Click Next.

3. Get Back Into Your Account

On the "Get back into your account" page, choose the reason:

• I forgot my password – Reset using your registered security info
• I know my password but still can't sign in – Unlock your account without changing the password.

4. Verify Your Identity

Choose a verification method you set up:

• Text message
• Phone call
• Authenticator app
• Alternate email

5. Reset or Unlock

If you selected "Forgot my password":

Create a new password that meets Drury's requirements:

• At least 14 characters
• Includes uppercase and lowercase letters
• Includes a number
• Includes a special character (e.g., !,@,#,$,%)

If you selected "Unlock my account": Your existing password will remain the same.

6. Sign In

Use your new (or existing) password to log in to:

• Email (Outlook)
• OneLogin
• MyDrury
• Other Services
