If you are trying to submit a Technology Services Help Desk ticket for a Canvas issue, please review the information below first. Canvas issues should not be submitted through the Technology Services ticketing system. Drury University provides dedicated Canvas Support available 24/7 to assist you.

For complex questions, detailed explanations, or when you need a written record of your request, you can email the Canvas Support team at LMSSupport@drury.edu. Use email to report issues, request help with specific Canvas features, or ask about course setup.
