Technology Services supports the Microsoft Outlook app for accessing your Drury email on your phone. We do not support adding your Drury email to the built-in Mail app, Gmail app, or other third-party mail clients. Follow the steps below to get set up.

1 Download the Outlook app

Download Microsoft Outlook from your phone's app store.

• ✓iPhone: Get Outlook from the App Store
• ✓Android: Get Outlook from Google Play

2 Sign in with your Drury account

Open Outlook and sign in using your full Drury email address and your normal Drury password.

3 Approve the MFA request

After you sign in, you'll get a multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompt on your Microsoft Authenticator app (or your registered MFA method). Approve the request to finish signing in.

4 Turn on notifications (optional)

Outlook may ask for permission to send notifications so you get alerts for new mail and calendar events. Allow this if you'd like push notifications on your phone. You can always change this later in your phone's notification settings for Outlook.

Troubleshooting

I already have Outlook installed for another Microsoft account (personal or a different job)

Outlook supports multiple accounts in one app, so you don't need a separate app or a reinstall. Open Outlook, tap your profile picture/initials in the top left, and choose "Add Account." Enter your Drury email address and follow the same sign-in and MFA steps above. You can switch between accounts using that same profile menu.

I'm not getting the MFA prompt

Make sure your Microsoft Authenticator app (or registered MFA method) is installed and set up on the device you're using, and check that you have an internet or cellular connection. If you still don't receive a prompt after a few minutes, submit a ticket.

Can I use the built-in Mail app or Gmail app instead of Outlook?

Technology Services only supports Outlook for Drury email on phones. Other mail apps may appear to work but are not supported, and we won't be able to help troubleshoot issues with them.
